To complement our collection of Advanced English, self-paced courses, we are launching a synchronous IELTS Preparation course for those wishing to spruce up their English language skills in real time. With no more than ten students in each round, the Zoom-based course will be conducted with a real teacher on hand to guide students in the vagaries of the IELTS exam format whilst also going over exercises that cover reading, writing, listening and speaking. İpek Aksu, a Humboldt University graduate and experienced language teacher will take the reins as the course gets underway on 1 October 2024.
The live sessions will be complemented by a Moodle environment where students will have access to supplementary materials and forums for learning activities, chatting to their peers or dropping İpek a line.
