Whether it has been a while since you hit the higher ed books or you are in fact pursuing a degree for the first time, you can find out current practice in:
- Abstracts
- Academic Integrity
- Articles
- Essays
- The five-chapter thesis
There are no synchronous sessions, as everything you need is nestled within Moodle. Sign up and engage with the:
- Video lectures
- Interviews
- Readings
- Exercises
- Quizzes
Although it is a self-paced course, there are optional writing assignments for those who would like individual feedback on their writing. As this is not a grammar course, you need to have an intermediate command of English, at the very least, for the course to be worthwhile. And, if you whizz through the quizzes and would like to earn a certificate at some point, there are even periodical assessments offered. Improve your academic English by engaging with the humanities and social sciences-themed material. You’ll be glad you did!
